Music licensing

PlaylistToday provides commercial background music for use in business premises. Music content is licensed for commercial background use within subscribed venues. You must not use our service for any purpose other than background music within the licensed premises. Redistribution, rebroadcasting or recording of music provided through our service is strictly prohibited.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed at the point of registration. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Use of subscriber name and logo

By maintaining an active subscription, the subscriber grants Adsono Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the subscriber’s trading name and logo for the purpose of identifying the subscriber as a customer of PlaylistToday in marketing materials, on the PlaylistToday website, and in promotional content, for the duration of the active subscription. This licence terminates automatically upon cancellation or expiry of the subscription. Adsono Limited will not use the subscriber’s name or logo in a manner that misrepresents the subscriber’s views or implies endorsement beyond identifying them as a customer.

Service availability

We take reasonable steps to ensure the continuous availability of our service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability. We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
